High 5 Plumbing is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to guide homeowners from initial consultation to project completion. You will present options and pricing, manage schedules, and coordinate with electricians and dispatch to ensure successful outcomes.

This in-home, sales-driven role requires solid knowledge of residential electrical systems, the ability to close sales, and delivering an exceptional customer experience while maintaining quality standards and safety practices.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential electrical sales or project management preferred.
• Strong understanding of residential electrical systems and terminology.
• Ability to explain technical information clearly to customers.
• Excellent estimating, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners to evaluate electrical needs, concerns, and goals.
• Prepare and present clear estimates, proposals, financing options, and project scopes.
• Coordinate with electricians, installers, dispatch, and leadership to ensure projects are completed.
• Maintain accurate project notes, documentation, and customer communication.
