Sila Services is seeking an Electrical Project Manager to drive residential and commercial electrical sales through in-home consultations, job scoping, and customer-focused solutions. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in electrical sales or field experience preferred.
• Knowledge of electrical systems, code requirements, and permitting is a plus.
• Experience with CRM, estimating tools, and financing platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Run scheduled sales appointments and in-home evaluations.
• Prepare and present clear, solution-based proposals.
• Sell electrical install and service work (panels, service upgrades, generators, rewires, etc.).
• Ensure accurate scoping, pricing, and documentation.
• Manage financing options and assist customers through approval.
• Maintain follow-up on open estimates.
• Coordinate with install and service teams for job readiness.
• Track sales performance and forecast pipeline.
