Hiller Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electrical is seeking an experienced Project Manager to conduct in-home sales consultations, assess homeowner needs, and develop replacement/upgrade proposals. You will secure sales, process orders, and collaborate with teammates to ensure safe and efficient delivery of services.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years sales experience, preferably in the industry.
• High school Diploma or GED; Associate degree preferred.
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, plus people skills.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Create a positive customer experience.
• Follow-up on sales leads and lists, technician leads, and self-generated.
• Educate customers on service offerings using the Sales System.
• Recommend solutions and link objections to value.
• Demonstrate technology and write proposals.
• Prepare financing paperwork and collect payments.
• Meet performance metrics scorecards.
• Be accessible by phone outside scheduled vacations.
• Participate in training classes.
