Job summary

IES Residential Inc. is seeking a Residential Electrical Foreman in Charlottesville, VA to support operational excellence and high-quality project execution. You will coordinate with internal teams, customers, subcontractors, and vendors, maintain records, and ensure safety and quality standards on-site.

The role requires 2–4 years of experience, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Journeyman license preferred.
• Relevant industry certifications or licenses preferred, and required where necessary to perform job duties.

Responsibilities

• Perform assigned duties in support of department and company objectives.
• Maintain compliance with safety standards and procedures.
• Coordinate with internal departments, customers, subcontractors, and vendors as required.
• Maintain accurate records and reporting for responsibilities.
• Support process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives.
• Communicate professionally in writing and verbally.
• Assist leadership and team with daily operations.
• Ensure quality standards and customer expectations are met.
• Travel to job sites as required; work on active sites indoors and outdoors.
