Job summary

IES Residential in Charlottesville, VA seeks a Residential Electrical Foreman to support on-site project execution, uphold safety standards, and drive quality across electrical installations for our residential portfolio.

You will coordinate with field staff, customers, and vendors, manage schedules, document progress, and ensure compliance with company policies while delivering reliable, efficient electrical services on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, electrical foreman experience preferred.
• Electrical certifications or licenses preferred where required to perform duties.
• Ability to pass pre-employment screenings (background and MVR).

Responsibilities

• Perform duties in support of department and company objectives.
• Maintain compliance with safety standards and procedures.
• Coordinate with internal departments, customers, subcontractors and vendors.
• Maintain records, documentation, and reporting for responsibilities.
• Support process improvements and efficiency efforts.
• Communicate professionally, both verbally and in writing.
• Assist leadership with daily operational activities.
• Ensure quality and customer expectations are met.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
