Job summary

IES Residential Inc is seeking a Residential Electrical Foreman to support operational excellence, ensure safety and quality, and coordinate with internal teams, customers, and vendors on active projects.

The role calls for strong organizational and communication skills, 4–6 years of related experience, and the ability to work on site at multiple job locations. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Perform assigned duties and responsibilities in support of departmental and company objectives.

• Coordinate effectively with internal departments, customers, subcontractors, and vendors as required.
• Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reporting related to assigned responsibilities.
• Support process improvement initiatives and operational efficiency efforts.

• Assist leadership and team members with daily operational activities.
• Ensure quality standards and customer expectations are consistently met.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
