Job summary

The University of Toledo seeks a Program Manager, Residential Education to coordinate educational, cultural, social, and recreational programs within the housing system. Under the guidance of the Director and Assistant Director of Residence Life, you will foster student development and build a sense of community.

You will train professional and student staff, oversee the residential curriculum, and ensure programs align with the eight dimensions of wellness, engagement, retention, and customer

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in education or closely related field; master’s in higher ed/student affairs preferred.
• A strong working knowledge of residential curriculum development and student training.
• Experience with Title IX compliance and campus law enforcement.
