Job summary

University of Louisville is seeking a Department Coordinator IV (Program Coordinator, Programming) within the University Housing and UHRE to develop, implement, and evaluate a comprehensive residential curriculum that supports student learning, growth, and community engagement.

The role collaborates with campus partners to enhance resident experience, integrates academic support and leadership opportunities, and performs administrative tasks to support department operations and student success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience developing, implementing, and assessing residential education or student engagement programs.
• Experience collaborating with staff, students, and campus partners.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate development and implementation of a residential programming curriculum.
• Manage budget allocations for residential programming initiatives.
• Collaborate with student organizations and campus partners to promote engagement and inclusion.
• Oversee training for staff and student workers involved in programs.
• Assist with orientation, Welcome Week, and move-in events.
• Monitor program compliance and assess curriculum effectiveness through data and reporting.
• Support NRHH and Residence Hall Association leadership initiatives.
