Milestone Centers Inc. is hiring a Direct Support Professional (DSP) for Residential IDD services across multiple Western Pennsylvania sites including Wilkinsburg. The role requires compassionate direct care, documentation of ISPs, and participation in team meetings to support individuals with intellectual disabilities and autism.

The position is full-time with varied shifts and opportunities for sign-on bonuses. Benefits, training, and driving responsibilities are included as part of the role.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Experience in human services preferred.
• Ability to lift and transfer with or without accommodations.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct care and support to IDA and autism clients in a residential setting.
• Maintain a safe and healthy home environment with the team.
• Report unmet safety or welfare needs to supervisors.
• Assist clients with daily living activities and personal care.
• Document goal data and support ISP-related plans.
• Provide supervision and crisis support as defined in ISPs.
• Attend required training and maintain 24 hours/year of training.
• Transport clients as needed and keep accurate logs.
