Job summary

Haven Access Works LLC seeks Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) across Pennsylvania to support people with intellectual and developmental disabilities in living full, connected lives in homes and communities.

Openings in multiple counties and settings; some roles require using your own vehicle with mileage reimbursement. Background checks are required as this is serious work focused on safety and trust.

Qualifications

• Experienced DSPs preferred; training provided for new hires.
• Dependable, patient, and able to connect with people.

Responsibilities

• In-Home and Community Supports (IHCS): helping folks build skills inside home and in the world.
• Companion Services: providing supervision and a steady presence for people who need support with safety and engagement.
• Community Participation Supports (CPS): connecting people with their communities through volunteering, recreation, and meaningful experiences.
