PathWays of Southwestern Pennsylvania is seeking dedicated Residential Direct Support Professionals to help adults with intellectual disabilities and Autism live independently and with dignity. You’ll support daily living, build routines, and participate in life-enriching activities within our residential homes.
Starting rate is $18/hour, eligible for up to $24/hour with NADSP certifications. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, PTO after 90 days, trainings, and a 403(b) plan.

As a Residential Direct Support Professional, you’ll support individuals in our Residential Homes with daily living and life-enriching experiences. You’ll help build routines, teach skills, and most importantly — be someone they can count on.
