Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• Experience with individuals with mental health diagnoses or developmental disabilities is preferred.
• Valid Driver's License (USA) is required.

Responsibilities

• Assess individuals for hopes, dreams, and desires and provide supports to achieve them.
• Help individuals build relationships in their community and with natural supports.
• Assist individuals to participate fully in the community according to their interests.
• Protect and promote the rights of individuals, support advocacy, and use personal advocates as needed.
• Provide emotional, physical, and medical support; maintain safety and practical daily oversight.
