University of Houston seeks a Supervisor for the Student Housing & ResLife residential desk operations. You will lead the 24-hour desk, guide front desk staff, handle inquiries, and coordinate room assignments, key audits, and related paperwork to ensure high-quality service.

The role requires a minimum of three years of relevant experience; the department may accept education in lieu of experience. All positions at UH-System are security sensitive and subject to background checks.

• Supervise residential service desk operations and assist with tasks such as room assignments and key audits.
• Assign and instruct front desk student staff and monitor desk traffic.

• Accept and process requests for official university information or documents; provide instructions to obtain information.
