Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Experience in a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with drafting and reviewing contracts.
• Perform plan takeoffs and support the pricing process.
• Communicate professionally with vendors and subcontractors.
• Research and source products to meet design and budget requirements.
• Support the development of standard operating procedures.
• Maintain organized digital and physical project files.

Skills

Knowledge of residential high-performance construction

Experience in interior or kitchen design

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Ability to learn CAD programs quickly
