Job summary

ColumbiaCare Services seeks a Residential Crisis Therapist for The Guest House Crisis Stabilization Center in Eugene, Oregon. The role provides clinical services to adults in crisis, with short-term stabilization and coordination for transition plans.

Must have QMHP eligibility, a master's degree in a related field, and at least two years of post-graduate clinical experience. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm, with benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be eligible for QMHP registration.
• Master's Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field.
• Two years of post-graduate clinical experience in a mental health setting.

Responsibilities

• Perform psychosocial mental health assessments and develop stabilization-focused treatment plans.
• Provide training and clinical oversight of QMHA staff with 24-hour residential support.
• Coordinate with community resources to support client transition plans.
