Job summary

Adapt Integrated Health Care is seeking a qualified Mobile Crisis Therapist to join our team in Roseburg, OR. This graveyard shift role involves crisis intervention, coordination with partners, and providing psycho-educational services to diverse clients.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in psychology, social work or related field with experience in a mental health setting.
• Current MHACBO eligibility/registration as a QMHP or current Oregon Licensing Board Associate Registration
• Ability to communicate effectively in both written and oral form.
• Knowledge of psychological theory and crisis intervention.

Responsibilities

• Co-deploy with law enforcement and emergency medical services for crisis response.
• Provide client-centered, trauma-informed services and risk assessments.
• Collaborate with in-house and mobile crisis team for care coordination.
• Complete safety and recovery plans for high-risk individuals.
• Maintain records and documentation per policy and state law.
• Engage in supervision and professional development to meet productivity standards.
