ColumbiaCare Services is seeking a Residential Crisis Therapist in Eugene, OR to provide crisis stabilization and short-term mental health support at the Guest House Crisis Stabilization Center. The role focuses on psychosocial assessments and treatment planning for adults in crisis.

The position requires QMHP-eligible credentialing, a master’s degree in a related field, and two years of post-graduate clinical experience, with DHS background check clearance.

Qualifications

• Eligibility for QMHP registration.
• Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field.
• Two years of post-graduate clinical experience in mental health.
• Ability to pass a DHS criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Perform psychosocial mental health assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Provide clinical services to individuals in crisis for short-term stabilization.
• Assist with training and clinical oversight of QMHA staff providing 24-hour residential support.
• Direct and provide appropriate clinical treatment and coordinate case management with community resources.
