Job summary

ColumbiaCare Services seeks a Residential Crisis Therapist for The Guest House Crisis Stabilization Center in Eugene, Oregon. You will deliver clinical services to adults in crisis and coordinate short-term stabilization plans.

The role requires a Master's degree in a related field, QMHP eligibility, and the ability to coordinate with QMHA staff. A DHS background check is mandatory, with full-time daytime hours and a 72k–87k salary depending on credentials and experience.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field is required.
• Two years of post-graduate clinical experience in mental health treatment setting or as per OAR QMHP requirements.
• Must be eligible for QMHP registration with MHACBO or will assist during first week of employment.
• Ability to pass a DHS criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Perform psychosocial mental health assessments and develop treatment plans addressing stabilization needs.
• Direct and provide appropriate clinical treatment for residents in crisis.
• Assist with training and clinical oversight of QMHA staff providing 24-hour residential support.
