SCO Family of Services is seeking a Residence Worker to provide crisis intervention during shifts, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients and staff in the program.

You will enforce the Residential Code of Conduct, support residents, coordinate with clinical staff, perform light custodial tasks, and help with meals and daily operations. Shifts run 8am–4pm, 4pm–12am, and 12am–8am, seven days a week, with holiday coverage as needed.

Formación

Responsabilidades

• Enforce program policies and conduct.
• Build rapport and de-escalate tense situations.
• Ensure safety of residents and facility.
• Conduct facility walk-throughs.
• Provide health and safety screenings.
• Distribute meals and assist with meals storage.
• Perform light custodial tasks.
• Coordinate with clinical staff.
• Communicate resident behavior to staff.
