Qualifications

• Mature, responsible individual with experience in social services or health care.
• Strong crisis management, listening, verbal and written communication.
• Maintain professional and personal boundaries; conflict resolution.
• Must be available for 3:00pm–11:00pm shifts; reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety and security of residents and facility.
• Conduct hourly building checks and document results.
• Interact professionally with residents, staff, visitors.
• De-escalate potentially volatile situations per policy.
• Record shift activities in logs and complete required paperwork.
• Carry out duties as assigned by supervisor.
