Open Sky Community Services is seeking a Residential Counselor in Central Massachusetts to support individuals in achieving greater independence and quality of life. The role involves direct care, guidance, and skill-building within residential and community-based settings, helping with daily living activities and community participation.

You will advocate for the people you support and promote self-determination and meaningful relationships while ensuring a safe, healthy environment.

Competenze

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent is required.
• Valid Driver’s License with acceptable driving record required.
• Reliability and willingness to learn; open to new opportunities.

Mansioni

• Assist in developing individualized, person-centered service and support plans and participate in their implementation.
• Provide support with daily living activities, skill development, and personal goal achievement.
• Help individuals access transportation and community resources as needed.
• Implement activities that promote community inclusion, relationship building, personal growth, and valued social roles.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment for individuals served.
• Review, complete, and maintain required documentation accurately and timely.
