Open Sky Community Services in Massachusetts is seeking a Residential Counselor to provide direct care and skill-building support in residential and community settings.

You will help with daily living tasks, transportation access, and community participation while advocating for individuals and promoting meaningful relationships.

The role requires documenting, trauma-informed practice, and offers extensive training and generous time-off benefits tied to a supportive work culture.

Formación

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent, required.
• Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record, required.
• Reliability, willingness to learn, and being open to new opportunities.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in developing individualized, person-centered service and support plans and play an active role in their implementation.
• Provide support with daily living activities, skill development, and personal goal achievement.
• Assist individuals with transportation and community resources as needed.
• Implement activities promoting community inclusion, relationships, and valued social roles.
• Maintain a safe, clean, supportive environment; document thoroughly.
