The position is full-time in a 24/7 residential setting with responsibilities including support for clients, documenting progress, and ensuring safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or valid Child Development Teaching Permit required.
• At least 100 hours of experience working with youth is necessary.
• Must pass background checks and have a valid California Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily living environment and support clients.
• Work closely with therapists and program manager.
• Help residents manage responses to traumatic stress.
