The position provides clinical oversight in a 24-hour residential program for youth ages 10-17, under supervision of the Administrator, ensuring compliance with licensing standards and delivering high-quality therapeutic care.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active California license as LCSW, LMFT, Psychologist, or Psychiatrist.
• Minimum 2 years in a healthcare setting, with at least 1 year in mental health serving youth (12-17).
• Knowledge of DSM-5-TR.
• Familiarity with STRTP Interim Licensing Standards and CCR Titles 9/22 and Medi-Cal services.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight in the E-STRTP program.
• Supervise staff responsible for treatment, transition, and discharge planning.
• Ensure compliance with licensing standards and reporting requirements.
• Assist Clinical Director in coordinating the core program.
