Job summary

OTH is seeking Direct Care Staff to work with youth in a structured residential setting in Perris, CA. CPI training/certification is required to maintain a safe, therapeutic environment.

Full-Time & Part-Time positions are available with Swing, Overnight, and Weekend shifts. Prior STRTP/residential treatment experience is preferred to support youth with behavioral and emotional challenges.

Qualifications

• CPI training/certification is required.
• Experience with at-risk youth or behavioral challenges preferred.
• STRTP, group home, or residential treatment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision and care to youth in a residential setting.
• Maintain a safe, structured, and supportive environment.
• Implement behavioral interventions and CPI-aligned de-escalation techniques.
• Assist youth with daily routines and independent living skills.
• Monitor and document youth behaviors and daily activities.
• Enforce facility rules and expectations.
• Respond professionally to crises and emergencies.
• Communicate with supervisors and clinical staff.
• Complete required shift documentation.
