Responsibilities

• Maintain safety and basic needs of interim housing guests.
• Assist with meal preparation and general site operations.
• Provide information, referrals, and advocacy for guests’ identified needs.
• Support case managers and program participants to meet individualized goals.
• Monitor and ensure a clean, hospitable interim housing environment.
• Deliver crisis intervention and apply evidence-based practices in service delivery.
