Worthington & Shagen Custom Builder, Inc. is seeking a Residential Construction Project Specialist (Production Support & Documentation) in Bucks County, PA.

This on-site, full-time role supports the production side by managing project documentation, communication, and information flow throughout active construction. The position reports to the Production/Project Manager and collaborates with Lead Carpenters and Site Supervisors to ensure accurate, accessible project information.

Qualifications

• Understanding residential construction methods, terminology, and project flow.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural plans and construction documents.
• Experience supporting production, documentation, change orders, or related project functions.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple details and moving parts.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, for tracking data.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support production management with administrative and coordination tasks.
• Manage and maintain project documentation during production.
• Ensure field teams have up-to-date project information.
