Worthington & Shagen Custom Builder, Inc. in Bucks County, PA is seeking a hands-on Carpenter to join our team on prestigious custom homes. You will handle framing, door/window installation, trim work, and finishing touches on-site, learning from experienced carpenters.

This full-time, W-2 role offers $25–$32 per hour or $70k–$80k/year total compensation, plus 401(k) with matching, health insurance, paid time off, and performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• Experience in framing and finish carpentry or willingness to learn.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude.
• Ability to manage tools, materials, and work areas effectively.
• Valid driver's license required.

As a Carpenter, you'll play a hands‑on role in delivering exceptional carpentry services for our custom home building projects. You will be trained alongside experts and get to work on unique, high‑quality projects, from framing to finishing touches.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work on framing, door/window installation, trim work, and specialty finishes.
• Set up and maintain job sites according to safety standards.
• Read and interpret construction plans.
• Communicate with coworkers, vendors, and clients effectively.
• Maintain a positive attitude and flexibility to learn from seasoned carpenters.

Pay and Benefits:
