AlphaX in Lancaster, PA is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee residential and commercial construction projects in Lancaster and surrounding areas.

You will manage projects from planning through closeout, coordinate subcontractors, read plans, track budgets, and keep clients informed. Local to Lancaster or able to commute; strong organizational and communication skills required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of construction project management experience preferred.
• Experience with residential construction, custom homes, remodeling, commercial construction, or tenant fit-outs preferred.
• Strong reading of plans, scopes of work, budgets, contracts, and project documents.

• Maintain organized project records, schedules, notes, updates, and communication logs
• Represent the company professionally with clients, trade partners, and project stakeholders

Job description

We are hiring an experienced Project Manager to oversee residential and commercial construction projects throughout Lancaster and surrounding areas in southcentral and southeastern Pennsylvania.

This role is ideal for someone with strong construction project management experience who can manage projects from planning through completion, coordinate subcontractors and vendors, communicate with clients, and ensure each project is completed on schedule, within budget, and to high-quality standards.

The right candidate will be organized, client-focused, and comfortable managing a variety of project types, including custom homes, remodeling, additions, basement finishing, commercial construction, historic renovations, and tenant fit-outs.

Requirements

• Comfortable working in both office and field/project-site environments
• Local to the Lancaster, PA area or able to reliably commute to project sites
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
