• Plan, coordinate, and oversee projects from start to finish, ensuring on time and within budget delivery.
• Review contracts and scopes with sales prior to starts.
• Manage budgets and forecasts; set timelines and expectations.
• Schedule work and create Buildertrend schedules; update weekly with clients and subs.
• Coordinate permits, procurement, and invoicing; ensure safety and quality standards.
