Job summary

Responsibilities include site assessments, budget management, safety compliance, and regular progress reporting.

Qualifications

• Background in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in exterior construction, commercial focus ideal.
• Strong knowledge of exterior construction methods, materials, and codes.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans: scope, schedule, budget, resources.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, and subcontractors for timely execution.
• Oversee site activities from prep to close-out while ensuring safety and quality.
• Manage budgets, monitor expenditures, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Prepare progress and financial reports for senior management.
