• Ability to work on-site in Pinehurst, NC.
• Bachelors degree preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of residential construction projects, from groundbreaking through completion, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
• Utilize Hyphen/BuildPro to manage schedules, track progress, and coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Collaborate with internal teams, trades, and vendors to ensure smooth workflow and proactively resolve issues.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress, enforce safety standards, and ensure quality control.
• Review and interpret blueprints, construction plans, and specifications to ensure accurate execution.
• Manage project budgets, track expenses, and maintain accurate documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Communicate regularly with clients to provide status updates and address questions or concerns.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
