Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in production homebuilding or residential construction project management.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of residential construction projects from groundbreaking through completion.
• Utilize Hyphen/BuildPro to manage schedules, track progress, and coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Collaborate with internal teams, trades, and vendors to ensure smooth workflow and resolve issues.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, enforce safety standards, and ensure quality control.
• Review and interpret blueprints, construction plans, and specifications to ensure accurate execution.
• Manage project budgets, track expenses, and maintain documentation throughout the lifecycle.
• Communicate with clients to provide status updates and address questions or concerns.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and company standards.

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Project Manager with experience in production homebuilding to join our team. This is an on-site role responsible for managing the full construction lifecycle, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

The ideal candidate will bring strong operational discipline, hands-on construction management experience, and proficiency in Hyphen/BuildPro to support scheduling, coordination, and execution across multiple residential builds.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work on-site in Pinehurst, NC
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Business, or a related field preferred but not required
