Job summary

gpac, a staffing firm, is seeking a Project Coordinator for a well-established residential homebuilder. The role supports the construction team, helping keep projects organized, on schedule, and moving efficiently from start to finish.

You will coordinate schedules, documents, and project information; assist Project Managers and Superintendents; communicate with vendors and internal teams; track orders and changes; and help monitor timelines and budgets.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of construction or project coordination experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; construction software experience is a plus.
• Detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate schedules, documents, and project information.
• Assist Project Managers and Superintendents with daily project needs.
• Communicate with vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Track purchase orders, invoices, selections, and change orders.
• Maintain accurate project files and updates.
• Help monitor construction timelines and budgets.
• Assist with customer communication and project updates.
