• Schedule subcontractors and suppliers.
• Coordinate material deliveries.
• Schedule inspections and utility connections.
• Update Buildertrend schedules.
• Issue purchase orders and work orders.
• Verify materials have been ordered correctly.
• Coordinate change orders and selections.
• Maintain documents in Buildertrend.
