Denyon Homes is seeking a Construction Coordinator to support all phases of residential construction from permitting through project completion. You will work with Project Managers, Superintendents, subcontractors, suppliers, and homeowners to keep schedules on track, manage documents in Buildertrend, and ensure timely project delivery.

About The Role

Coordinate and support all phases of residential construction from permitting through project completion and closing. Work closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, subcontractors, suppliers, and homeowners to maintain project schedules, coordinate materials and inspections, and ensure projects remain on track. Manage day-to-day project documentation and updates within Buildertrend, including schedules, purchase orders, work orders, change orders, selections, and project records. Monitor project progress, proactively identify potential delays or issues, and assist with resolving scheduling and operational challenges to support efficient, timely, and successful project completion.
