Job summary

Denyon Homes in Central Wisconsin is seeking a project coordinator to help bring residential construction projects from permitting through completion. You’ll work with Project Managers, Superintendents, subcontractors, suppliers, and homeowners to keep projects organized, on schedule, and moving forward. This position is available for Full-Time and Part-Time hours.

Pay range: $18-$24/hourly. Proficiency with Buildertrend and Microsoft Office is preferred, and a detail-oriented, fast-paced

Responsibilities

  • Assist all phases of residential construction from permit to closing.
  • Help maintain construction schedules on Buildertrend.
  • Monitor project progress and identify potential delays.
  • Assist Project Managers and Superintendents with daily operations.
  • Help schedule subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Schedule inspections and utility connections.
  • Issue purchase orders and work orders.
  • Verify materials have been ordered correctly.
  • Help Coordinate change orders and selections.
  • Maintain documents in Buildertrend

About the role

In this role, you’ll help bring residential construction projects from permitting through completion. You’ll work alongside Project Managers, Superintendents, subcontractors, suppliers, and homeowners to keep projects organized, on schedule, and moving forward. From coordinating materials and inspections to keeping Buildertrend updated, you’ll play an important part in helping each project run smoothly and successfully.

This position is available for Full-Time and Part-Time hours
