Job summary

Anderson Communities is seeking a Residential Project Coordinator to support the Harmony Home Building team in Central Kentucky. The role focuses on analytics, permitting, document management, and budgeting for remodeling and new construction projects in Lexington and surrounding areas.

The candidate should be highly organized, detail oriented, and proficient with Microsoft Office. A valid driver's license and ability to lift up to 75 lbs are required; the position is full-time with standard

Qualifications

• Must be detail oriented and well organized.
• Strong background in scheduling and documentation technologies.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
• Comfortable multitasking and listening skills.
• Eager to learn and work in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Analytics: Weekly reporting of internal staff and external vendor performance.
• Monitor/report client satisfaction and workloads; year/year comparisons.
• Compliance: Monitor Builder's Risk Insurance, licenses, and vendor COI; GC licenses.
• Permitting: Upload documentation to Accela and manage permits; deliver documents and fees.
• Document Management: Maintain organized file structures for plans; ensure permits and certificates are updated.
• Remodeling & New Construction: Manage POs and track expenditures; create jobs in Buildertrend; prepare pre-construction checklists.
