Job summary

Anderson Communities is hiring an Exterior Technician for the Greater Lexington area. This full-time role focuses on outdoor grounds maintenance, power washing, debris removal, and keeping common areas clean.

Typical hours are Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm, with a generous benefits package after 30 days. Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift up to 75 pounds.

Exterior Technician, Full-time

Duties include:

• Grounds maintenance and upkeep to maintain a clean environment and community
• Several tasks including:
  • Clean up of trash and debris for property, breezeways and common areas
  • Power Washing
  • Brush removal
  • Check exterior lighting
  • Check pool and maintain a clean clubhouse
  • Notify maintenance technicians of any needed repairs
• Other duties as necessary
• Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or G.E.D.
• Positive attitude and willingness to help
• Focus and attention to great customer service
• Good communication and time management skills
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds occasionally
• Valid driver’s license and own transportation throughout work day required
• Must be drug free and maintain a clean appearance
• Must be felony free
• Preferred: previous Groundskeeping experience
