You will schedule subcontractors, order materials, coordinate inspections, and maintain field reporting to track progress and costs. This is a full-time, on-site position with growth opportunities within a growing local company.

Qualifications

• Framing experience is required
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret building plans
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Good communication and time-management skills

Responsibilities

• Inspect jobs in process and at completion to ensure safety and workmanship
• Schedule and oversee subcontractors and laborers
• Order required building materials
• Schedule required building inspections
• Maintain field reporting software for scheduling and purchase verification
• Conduct quality control inspections at turnover
• Monitor job sites and coordinate punch-outs and on-site inspections
