Job summary

You will manage daily trade partner activities, coordinate schedules, and maintain safe, compliant job sites while ensuring an exceptional customer experience throughout the build process.

Responsibilities include supervising trade work, reviewing drawings for conflicts, and partnering with cross-functional teams to address schedule

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction or Engineering preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee scheduling and supervision of daily trade partner activities and evaluate quality and efficiency.
• Review and modify construction drawings when conflicts arise.
• Update project schedules and allocate resources to meet timelines.
• Ensure safety protocols and quality on all sites; stop noncompliant work.
