• Bachelor's degree in Construction, Business, or related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience with a production homebuilder.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall community construction schedule for timely completion of homes with quality workmanship.
• Coordinate trade partners and ensure safety, scheduling, quality, and cost control.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and visually appealing worksite; ensure all stages are checked before proceeding.
• Provide exceptional customer service and regular progress communication with homeowners.
