Neal Communities in Naples, FL is seeking a driven Construction Manager to lead community construction schedules, ensure timely completion of homes, and maintain quality across Fort Myers and Estero.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Construction (preferred) and at least 4 years of production homebuilder experience, strong communication, and attention to detail. Relocation not offered; join a family-owned company with extensive benefits.

What You'll Do

• Manage the overall community (or communities) construction schedule to ensure the timely completion of houses in a quality manner
• Scheduling, quality control-phase punch, cost control, safety, regular customer communication, orientation, orientation list, one-month list, invoice approval, update plans, fill out and send in Neal schedule, frame walk with the customer, homeowner warranty, community/site cleanliness
• Manage trade partners while continually monitoring and evaluating for safety, scheduling, quality, and cost control
• Maintain a clean and orderly worksite that meets the Neal standards and is visually appealing
• Check homes thoroughly before all stages of construction
• Check thoroughly before pouring the slab, hanging sheetrock, and setting grade
• Coordinate invoices as required by the Accounting Department
• Provide above-average customer service during the construction process and regular customer communication
• Ensure a safe worksite and comply with all safety guidelines and other regulatory requirements
• Encourage and foster a team environment with effective communication and problem-solving when needed
• Continuing education through appropriate seminars, conferences, and classes

What You'll Bring
