Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall community construction schedule to ensure timely completion of homes.
• Coordinate trade partners, safety, quality, and cost control.
• Maintain a clean, visually appealing site that meets Neal standards.
• Inspect homes at key construction stages.
• Coordinate invoices with the Accounting Department.
• Provide above-average customer service during construction.
• Ensure a safe worksite and regulatory compliance.
• Foster a collaborative, communicative team environment.
