Job summary

Neal Communities in Estero, FL is seeking a driven Construction Manager to oversee the construction of communities from start to finish, coordinating scheduling, quality control, safety, and customer communications.

You will manage trade partners, ensure on-time completion, maintain a clean site, and mentor a collaborative team while upholding Neal's standards and commitment to excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction, Business, or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience with a production homebuilder.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall community construction schedule to ensure timely completion with quality.
• Coordinate scheduling, quality control, safety, and regular customer communication.
• Manage trade partners while monitoring safety, scheduling, quality and cost control.
• Maintain a clean and orderly worksite that meets Neal standards.
• Check homes thoroughly before all stages of construction.
• Coordinate invoices with the Accounting Department and support customer service during construction.
