Job summary

Neal Communities seeks a driven Construction Manager to oversee multi-site homebuilding projects. You will manage construction schedules, coordinate trade partners, monitor safety, quality, and costs, and maintain regular customer communication in Fort Myers and Estero.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Construction or related field with at least four years’ production-homebuilder experience, excellent communication, and strong attention to detail. On-site work is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction, Business, or related field preferred.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience with a production homebuilder.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall community construction schedule to ensure timely completion with quality.
• Coordinate scheduling, quality control, safety, and customer communications.
• Manage trade partners for safety, scheduling, quality, and cost control.
• Maintain a clean, orderly, and visually appealing worksite per Neal standards.
• Check homes thoroughly before key stages (slab, drywall, etc.).
• Coordinate invoices with the Accounting Department and support customers through the process.
