You will coordinate schedules, manage trade partners, monitor safety and costs, and maintain strong customer communication from start to finish.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least four years with a production homebuilder, plus excellent communication and detail orientation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Construction, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience with a production homebuilder.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall community construction schedule to ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate scheduling, quality control, cost control, safety, and regular customer communication.
• Manage trade partners and monitor safety, scheduling, quality, and cost.
• Maintain a clean and orderly worksite meeting Neal standards.
• Inspect homes at all construction stages and before key milestones.
• Coordinate invoices with the Accounting Department as required.
• Provide above-average customer service during construction and ongoing communication.
• Ensure a safe worksite and compliance with safety guidelines.
• Foster a collaborative team environment and effective problem-solving.
• Engage in continuing education through seminars and courses.
