Neal Communities of Southwest Florida, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Construction Manager to support our field operations in Naples, Florida. This role focuses on coordinating construction activities, maintaining quality, and ensuring on-time project delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years experience in the home building industry.
• Good technical understanding of homebuilding.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written).
• Self-starter who leads by example and assumes responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all construction activities, including scheduling, quality control, site organization and cleanliness.
• Ensure production projections are accurate and homes are completed on time and meet Neal standards.
• Communicate with customers regularly on build process and schedule.
• Review orientation and one-month lists with customers.
• Submit Variance Purchase Orders for approval.
• Work with Drafting on build plan updates and schedules.
