Job summary

Harbor Home Solutions, LLC in Jacksonville, NC seeks a Construction Superintendent / Project Manager to lead residential projects from start to finish. You will coordinate subs, vendors, and materials, develop schedules, and ensure safety and quality on every job.

The role requires 3–5 years in construction, strong leadership and communication, and a valid driver’s license. A company vehicle may be available; benefits include health insurance and PTO.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of residential or commercial construction experience.
• Knowledge of residential construction methods and building practices.
• Experience managing subcontractors and construction schedules.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Proficiency with smartphones, tablets, email, and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple residential construction and home improvement projects.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers throughout all phases.
• Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure on-time completion.
• Monitor project progress and address challenges.
• Ensure projects are on schedule, within budget, and meet quality standards.
• Assist with estimating, pricing, and selling upcoming projects.
• Create material lists and oversee ordering and deliveries.
• Conduct jobsite inspections and enforce safety policies.
• Communicate with homeowners regarding schedules and updates.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, daily logs, and files.
