Job summary

Unshakable Builders, Inc. is seeking a Site Superintendent in New Bern, NC to oversee daily field operations on residential projects, ensure safety, quality, and on-time completion. You will coordinate trades, manage Buildertrend logs, and resolve issues with the Senior Project Manager.

The role requires strong leadership, scheduling, and adherence to OSHA standards, with availability for on-site work and occasional seasonal adjustments to project timelines.

Qualifications

• Residential construction site leadership experience, preferably in custom homes.
• Strong scheduling, trade coordination, and quality control capabilities.
• Proficient with Buildertrend and mobile documentation/photo uploads.
• Knowledge of OSHA practices and site safety enforcement.
• Valid state license (as required) and clean driving record for company vehicle eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily field operations to keep the project on schedule.
• Coordinate deliveries, staging, access, and jobsite readiness.
• Identify risks early and communicate solutions to the Senior Project Manager.
• Enforce safety policies and maintain site cleanliness.
